The Estimation & Billing Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, managing client and vendor billing, verifying site progress, and ensuring timely submission of invoices. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of interior fit-out/construction practices, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing projects.
Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work to prepare budgets.
Prepare, verify, and finalize client and subcontractor/vendor bills.
Monitor project costs, variations, and certify quantities in line with contracts.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
Ensure timely submission of client invoices and follow-up for certification & payments.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, change orders, and reconciliations.
Track project progress and update billing schedules accordingly.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and statutory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in estimation and billing (preferably interiors/fit-out or construction industry).
Strong knowledge of rate analysis, tendering, contracts, and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
