Estimation & Civil Engineer

The Estimation & Civil Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, quantity take-off, assist in tendering, and conduct site visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost breakdowns.
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Maintain cost database and historical pricing records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation or as Civil Engineer
• Experience in handling tender submissions and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency in estimation tools and MS Office (Excel, Auto CAD mandatory, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
