We are hiring a detail-oriented Estimation & Costing Specialist who can bring structure and speed to our pricing and quotation process.

This role is critical in improving pricing confidence, margins, and conversion rates.

Role Mission

Build a reliable costing intelligence system for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build detailed cost sheets for printing and packaging products
• Develop packaging costing models (box size, materials, finishing)
• Create pricing logic based on quantities and specifications
• Standardize pricing tiers and margin guidelines
• Support sales team with quick and accurate estimates
• Continuously optimize margins and pricing frameworks

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or procurement costing
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and production methods
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Direct impact on sales conversion and profitability.

Salary

AED 4,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
