Estimation Engineer

Position: Estimation Engineer – Commercial Interior Fit-Outs
Location: Pune]
Experience: 2–5 years in commercial interior fit-outs

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and cost calculations for commercial interior fit-out projects
• Analyze design drawings, material specifications, and scope of work
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing
• Assist in budgeting and tendering processes
• Track project costs and revisions
• Provide inputs on material selection, sourcing, and vendor quotes
• Support project managers in financial planning and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out estimation
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects

Preferred:

• Engineering degree or diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or related field
• Knowledge of vendor rates and market trends in interior fit-outs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
