Estimation Engineer

· Looking after the day to day activities at workshop

· Controlling the labor force and daily allocations as per the site schedules

· Coordination and monitoring the sales team

· Follow up with the sales team

· Preparing all the documentations and submitting to GM for the approval

· Proactive on necessary situations

· Estimating the cost based on the inquiry and preparing the Quotations and submitting to the client

· Meeting with the contractors/sub-contractors

· Follow up with the clients on quotations

· Negotiating with the client on quotations, finalizing the project

· Coordinating with the project team and arranging submittals of samples, shop drawings, arranging the teams/sub-contractors,

· Negotiating with sub-contractors, Making the contract for the sub-contractors

· Preparing and summitting interim payment certificates and follow up

· Collecting payments

· Monitoring the permits and gate passes for the project from the concerned authority

· Issuing the payments on purchase· Monitoring of making invoices, and preparing interim payment certificates and invoices

· Monitoring Issuing purchase orders

· Follow up with payments from the client

· Keeping all the documentation related to inquiries, quotations, progress of project, submittals,

· Preparing and inquiry list, quotation list, sales List

· Preparing the presentation, pre-qualifications, notes of meetings

· Reporting all the day to day activities to GM

· Monitoring the progress of the projects

· Arranging drawings and getting approvals on the same

· Making the costing sheets and submitting for approval

· Conducting weekly and if necessary daily meetings with site engineer and supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
