Estimation Engineer

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for scaffolding scope.
• Prepare accurate material take-off (MTO) and calculate required scaffolding components.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, manpower, transport, erection & dismantling costs.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the operations team to understand erection feasibility, design, and site constraints.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams for technical clarifications.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams for technical clarifications.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain an updated cost database for materials, labor rates, and rental charges.
• Support project planning and assist in preparing method statements when required.
• Participate in post-tender negotiations and update revised pricing.
• Preparation of BOQ's

Experience :

2–4 years in estimation, BOQ, site measurements, and pricing

Qualification :

B.Tech/M.Tech - Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
