Estimation Engineer

One of the reputed companies in Dubai is looking for an Estimation Engineer for Stainless Steel Fabrication for Architectural metal works. The candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, tender documents, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Assist in tender submissions, pricing, rate analysis, and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
• Support contract administration, variation claims, and cost control activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cost estimation within the engineering, construction, or steel fabrication industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Excel, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
