Estimation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior design, fit-out, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to support tendering and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior and fit-out projects
• Study drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Assist in tender submissions and cost analysis
• Support project team with cost control and variations
• Ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator in interior design, fit-out, or construction companies
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Interior Design
• 4–5 years experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out or construction
• Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, materials, and finishes
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimating tools
