Skills

· Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis

· Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas preferred)

· Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction specifications

· Understanding of civil works, materials, and market rates

· Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills

· Strong communication and coordination abilities

· Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and scope of work
• Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams for accurate estimation
• Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and feasibility reports
• Assist in tender submissions, including technical and commercial evaluations
• Track material quantities and support cost control during project execution
• Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations, and cost databases
• Support management in budget planning and cost forecasting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
