Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical or civil Engineering</li><li>7 to 10 years of relevant experience in estimation within the Oil and Gas sector, familiarity with EPC tenders is an added advantage.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Thoroughly review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine accurate material, labour, and operational costs</li><li>Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders</li><li>Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings</li><li>Issue enquiries, obtain vendor quotations, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of offers</li><li>Utilize Primavera (P6) or equivalent planning software to develop comprehensive project plans and S-Curves for inclusion in technical submissions</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Oil and Gas: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
