🏢 Aikah Fire Equipment Division, Dubai (A part of Al Khoory Group)

Aikah Fire Equipment Division is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer – Fire Protection Systems to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Prepare cost estimates for fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems
• Develop quotations, tender submissions, and bid proposals
• Prepare MTO, BOQ, and detailed estimation reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Provide post-estimation support during project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection Engineering or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in fire protection estimation
• Strong knowledge of NFPA and UAE fire codes
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Good communication and analytical skills
