Estimation Engineer - Architectural

Job Summary

Architectural Estimation Engineer is responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, and ensuring timely and competitive submission of bids for projects

• Review project drawings, specifications, architectural layouts, and scope of work to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing proposals.
• Review quantity take-offs and detailed measurements.
• Assist in preparing estimation packages, including BOQs, specifications, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the local team to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualification / Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
• 10 + years of experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation in construction industry
• Proficiency in estimation software Candy.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, interior finishes, and fit-out methods.
