Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Job description:

Roles and Responsibility:

• With help of project architects, determine the scope of a project, required items of the estimate, as well as the costs associated with the project.
• Review preliminary data and deliverables such as project specifications and drawings.
• Work out estimates based on Government Schedule of Rates and CPWD's Delhi Schedule of Rates as well as market rates.
• Get accurate market rates from various vendors.
• Prepare Tender document along with project specifications.
• Evaluate Tender documents.
• Visit site occasionally and verify contractor's work and bills.

Expertise required in:

• Excel (with formula).
• IS code reference.
• Basic usage of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge about construction materials and interior design materials.

Experience preferred:

• At least 1 year in estimation.
• At least 1 year is site coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
