Estimation Engineer - Civil

• Quantity Take-offs & BOQ: Review design drawings, specifications, and blueprints to quantify civil and structural elements.
• Cost Analysis & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Tendering & Bidding: Analyze client enquiries, manage tender submissions, and perform bid comparisons.
• Vendor Coordination: Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and maintain project budgets, providing reports to management on cost trends.
• Technical Support: Use software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or CCS to support estimations.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in quantity take-off and estimation, particularly in building, or high-rise projects, interior finishing projects. Prefer UAE experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Competencies: High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
