We’re Hiring: Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Finishing & Interior Fit-Out works and proven experience in cost estimation for commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for fit-out and finishing works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing
• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions and value engineering proposals
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimation, specifically in fit-out and finishing works
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling systems, MEP coordination (fit-out level), etc.
• Proficiency in similar estimation software
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Experience in Qatar/GCC market preferred
