Estimation of Roof Cladding and Structural Steel. (Manufacturing Unit)

* Prepares accurate bids and cost estimates for Rood Cladding and Structural steel projects by analyzing drawings and specifications, performing material take-offs, and obtaining vendor quotes.

* Key responsibilities include collaborating with design and procurement, preparing tender documents, and maintaining cost databases.

* Essential skills are proficiency in AutoCAD, estimating software, MS Excel, and strong communication.

* Bachelor of Engineering Structural Steel Engineering is a typical educational requirement.

• Lead the estimation team in developing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Analyze project documents, including drawings and specifications, to identify scope, risks, and potential challenges affecting cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights, facilitating informed decision-making throughout the estimation process.
• Implement and maintain estimation best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the team.
• Review and validate estimates prepared by team members, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor and assess market trends and pricing strategies to keep estimates competitive and reflective of current conditions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, clearly articulating estimation methodologies and rationale behind proposed costs.
• Analyze project documents, including drawings and specifications, to identify scope, risks, and potential challenges affecting cost estimates.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
