Estimation Engineer – Interior Fit Out

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation cum QS Engineer with hands-on experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and quantity take-off for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret drawings, prepare accurate cost proposals, and support the team in contract administration and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs for all trades including civil, MEP, and joinery works.
• Assist in tender submissions, pricing, rate analysis, and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Support contract administration, variation claims, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost data.
• Maintain updated material and labor cost databases.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and materials.
• Proficient in quantity take-off, cost calculation, and rate analysis.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage.
