Estimation Engineer – Instrumentation & Electrical (Job Code: ZEK.004.25)

• Job Scope:

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (Instrumentation & Electrical) to handle cost estimation and tendering for Oil & Gas projects, including preparation of BOQs and pricing for Instrumentation and Electrical works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities of the Estimation Engineer

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Instrumentation & Electrical works in Oil & Gas projects.

- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Perform material take-offs (MTOs) and prepare BOQs and pricing sheets.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and bidding teams during tender preparation.

- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for pricing accuracy.

- Assist in bid clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and post-bid activities.

- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project scope and timelines.

- BE / BTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- Minimum 8 years Oil & Gas experience for BE/BTech holders OR minimum 12 years for Diploma holders.

- Mandatory experience in estimation/tendering for Instrumentation & Electrical works.

- Good command of English language.

- Oil & Gas experience is a must.
