Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, project costing, and coordinating with procurement and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and project pricing

* Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations

* Prepare BOQs, cost sheets, and tender submissions

* Coordinate with procurement, design, and execution teams

* Analyze subcontractor quotations and supplier prices

* Prepare budgets, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals

* Conduct site visits and verify project quantities

* Support project managers with cost monitoring and forecasting

* Ensure project costing complies with client requirements and company standards

Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery estimation

* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off

* Experience in tendering, procurement, and cost control

* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

* Good communication and coordination skills

* UAE/GCC experience preferred

* Immediate joiners preferred
