Role Description

This is a full-time Estimation Engineer (Marble & Granite) role located on-site in the United Arab Emirates. The Estimation Engineer will prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs), analyze project requirements, and develop accurate cost estimates for marble and granite projects. Key responsibilities also include conducting market research, liaising with vendors for pricing, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and coordinating with project teams to ensure budgetary and design alignment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and detailed project estimation
• Expertise in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of construction materials, particularly marble and granite
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interact confidently with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Experience in conducting market research to stay informed of material costs and trends
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in marble and granite estimation is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and CAD software
