Estimation Engineer – Mechanical

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer – Mechanical to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for mechanical works in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs for mechanical works
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Analyze project requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposals
• Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams during tender stage
• Maintain estimation records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as Estimation Engineer in contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Good analytical, technical, and communication skills
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
