Estimation Engineer - Oil and Gas

On-site execution experience in Oil and Gas projects . Strong technical expertise in areas of maintenance and modifications such as replacement of plant components and equipment.

In-depth knowledge of Power & Utilities and O&G industry practices, technologies, and regulations. Candidate shall be well acquainted and have direct experience with relevant major Clients in Middle East.

On-site execution experience in turnarounds and maintenance is a plus.

Experience and in-depth knowledge in mechanical systems combined with a good understanding and assessment of electrical and control systems interfaces and installations.

Proven experience leading proposal development efforts and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.

Excellent inter-personal skills, a proactive team player in combination with a strong self-supporting

independent character.

Ability to work well under pressure
