Estimation Engineer(FIT-OUT)

We are looking for a Junior Estimation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in the interior fit-out field. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and supplier quotations for commercial, residential, and office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, scope of work, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO) for civil and interior works.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
• Request, collect, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare cost comparison sheets for management review.
• Maintain updated material and labor price lists.
• Support tender submissions and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field or electric , mechanical engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation (UAE experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of materials: gypsum, flooring, joinery, painting, partitions, glass, etc.
• Ability to read and understand ID and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
