Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to play a pivotal role in our pre-construction team. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive and competitive cost estimates for major construction projects, ensuring our bids are both accurate and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope fully.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using industry-standard software.
• Source and analyze material, equipment, and subcontractor quotations from the UAE market.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including direct costs, indirect costs, overhead, and risk contingency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates and participate in bid review meetings with senior management.
• Stay updated with local market trends, material prices, and construction methodologies in the UAE.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Estimator in the UAE construction industry.
• A strong portfolio of experience on building construction projects, high-rise, and villas.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, etc.) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction practices, materials, and contract procedures.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
