Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Estimation & Purchase Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in fire fighting/MEP or ELV systems to support project estimation, BOQ preparation, and procurement activities, ensuring accurate costing and timely material availability for our projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimation

• Prepare cost estimates & BOQs for fire fighting (hydrant, sprinkler, pumps), fire alarm, and CCTV systems.
• Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents for quantity take-offs.
• Assist in preparing rate analysis and proposals/quotations.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams for technical inputs.
• Update estimation sheets and maintain cost data.

Purchase / Procurement

• Float RFQs, collect and compare vendor quotations.
• Support in vendor finalization & price negotiation under guidance.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery at site.
• Coordinate with site/stores for material receipt and discrepancies.
• Maintain purchase records and basic MIS.

Coordination

• Work with the Project, Site, Stores, and Accounts teams for smooth execution.
• Assist in invoice verification and documentation.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of fire fighting systems, fire alarm & CCTV components.
• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and procurement processes.
• Good command of MS Excel; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to visit sites and vendors.

Qualification

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
