Estimation Support & Document Control (Emiratization Initiative)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Estimation team with preparation, review, and submission of project tenders.
  • Support in maintaining records of cost data, supplier quotations, and estimation files.
  • Ensure all tender documents are properly logged, organized, and archived.
  • Track document versions and maintain registers to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to collect required information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Estimation and Contracts team.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory under Emiratization program.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within estimation, contracts, and document control functions.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
