Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Estimation team with preparation, review, and submission of project tenders.
- Support in maintaining records of cost data, supplier quotations, and estimation files.
- Ensure all tender documents are properly logged, organized, and archived.
- Track document versions and maintain registers to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to collect required information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Estimation and Contracts team.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory under Emiratization program.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow within estimation, contracts, and document control functions.
- Good communication skills in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
