ESTIMATION & TENDERING ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our Marine and Infrastructure Construction division.

Position:

Estimation & Tendering Engineer (Marine & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for marine and infrastructure projects including jetties, quay walls, dredging, marine piling, roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks
• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Prepare and submit tenders, pre-qualifications, and technical/commercial proposals
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for competitive pricing
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Assist during tender negotiations and contract finalization
• Monitor bid timelines and compliance with client requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years experience in Marine & Infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and contract procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
• Familiar with UAE standards, authorities, and tendering procedures
• Good communication, analytical, and time-management skills
