About Us:
We are a well-established hotel supplies company specializing in delivering high-quality products and solutions to hospitality clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator cum Procurement Executive who can efficiently handle both cost estimation and purchasing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for hotel supply projects, tenders, and client requirements.
• Analyze quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and terms.
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and procurement documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in estimation and/or procurement, preferably in hotel or hospitality supplies.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
