Salary: AED 7,000 – 15,000 (UAE or GCC - Experience)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–10 years of UAE experience in Construction/Interiors (Estimator role).
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, materials, and market pricing.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Job Description:

• Meet clients to understand requirements, specifications, and budgets.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost control.
• Review drawings, layouts, and material selections for estimation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.
• Provide cost-saving solutions and value engineering where required.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, design innovations, and materials.

Working Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break + overtime
