Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and technical drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Produce tenders, quotations, and budgets within deadlines.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative materials/methods.
• Work closely with project managers, production, and design teams to ensure estimates align with production capabilities.
• Track and analyze project costs, variations, and profitability.
• Maintain and update cost databases and pricing libraries.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and tender interviews when required.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and quality standards.
