Job Title: Estimator - Civil & Fit-out Works

Location: Qatar

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Imperial Gulf Trading & Contracting is a trusted name in building maintenance and contracting services across Qatar. We are seeking a skilled Estimator experienced in civil construction, fit-out, and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Support project team in cost planning and value engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in estimation for civil and fit-out projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Qatar market prices and materials preferred
