Fit-Out Estimator – Build Mode Industries FZ LLC (Dubai)

Build Mode Industries FZ LLC, a growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interior fit-out estimation and excellent proficiency in PlanSwift, CAD, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements for complete and precise pricing.
• Perform quantity take-offs using PlanSwift.
• Source, review, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with the Project, Design, and Procurement teams regarding cost, materials, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure estimates reflect current market prices, materials, and labor rates.

Requirements

• 5–7 years UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation.
• Strong proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and market rates.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
