- Study drawings, designs, BOQs, and site requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyse labour, materials, timelines, and subcontractor quotations to determine project costs.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams for updated rates and technical clarifications.
- Prepare detailed quotations and pricing sheets for clients.
- Revise estimates based on design changes or client feedback.
- Maintain cost databases, vendor lists, and updated pricing references.
- Support project managers during execution by clarifying costing and material details.
- Ensure estimates are submitted within deadlines with high accuracy.
