Estimator

We are looking for a talented Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team with interior and fitout turkey project experience. You'll transform design concepts into precise, cost-efficient project estimates, collaborating closely with our sales and production teams to deliver world class solutions for global luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works.
• Analyze material, labor, production capacity, and subcontracting requirements to develop accurate cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure accurate pricing.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market rates for joinery raw materials, finishes, hardware, and labor.
• Support senior management during tender clarifications, negotiations, and client presentations.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and prepare comprehensive handover documentation for the operations and production teams.
• Monitor cost performance and assist in post-tender evaluations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Office (Excel & Word), and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
