Estimator

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join Al Riyadh Technical Service LLC. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for maintenance, repair, and technical projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for maintenance and technical works
• Analyze drawings, site requirements, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams for pricing and materials
• Conduct site visits when required to assess project scope
• Follow up on submitted quotations and assist in tender submissions
• Maintain proper records of estimates, costs, and revisions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Estimator in a technical maintenance or contracting company
• Good knowledge of materials, labor costing, and market rates in the UAE
• Basic understanding of MEP, civil, or general maintenance works
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
