Estimator

We are hiring an Estimator to handle pricing, quotations, and cost analysis for projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings/inquiries, preparing BOQs, taking site measurements, and calculating material, labor, and subcontractor costs. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers for quotations, preparing cost comparison sheets, and supporting the sales/production team during project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
• Review drawings, specifications, and client inquiries
• Take quantities and measurements from drawings/site
• Source prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare BOQ, cost breakdown, and comparison sheets
• Revise quotations based on client feedback or changes
• Maintain updated price lists and project records

Requirements:

• Experience as Estimator (preferably signage/interior/fit-out/construction)
• Strong knowledge of materials and market pricing
• Good skills in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
