Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions, pricing breakdowns, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender stage
• Identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions in cost estimates
• Support value engineering to optimize project costs
• Maintain and update cost databases and rate analysis sheets
• Assist in pre-contract negotiations and clarifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• 3–8 years of experience in construction estimating
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project costing
• Experience in KSA or GCC construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Familiarity with estimation/take-off software is an advantage
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• English required; Arabic is a plus
• Available for immediate joining or short notice
