Overview
Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in Davie, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, and coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Additional responsibilities include cost analysis, sourcing materials, and identifying potential risks to optimize project success.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in cost estimating, blueprint reading, and takeoffs
• Familiarity with project coordination and client communication
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with commercial roofing materials, methods, and safety standards
• Knowledge of estimating software EDGE V12 and project management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in roofing or construction estimation highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
