Overview:

Electrical Estimator will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of cost estimates of Electrical and Instrumentation Installations.

Responsibilities:

· Read scope of work and deliverables needed for RFQ.

· Read and interpret Electrical & Instrument discipline engineering drawings and specifications.

· Assist with detailed Electrical & Instrument estimate support for assigned projects.

· Assist with detailed Electrical & Instrument estimates for Industrial Construction projects.

· Asist with creating proposal for projects to include assumptions & clarifications.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3+ years of Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation experience.

· Team player able to work effectively with other estimators, engineers, and project manager.

· Electrical Industry Standards knowledge.

· Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.

· Comfortable with fast-paced work environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation/ procedural skills.

· Must pass a Background and Drug screening.

· Safety and detail focused.

Preferences:

· Electrical experience in petrochemical or industrial plant.

· Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word.

· High school or equivalent (Required)

Working conditions are as follows:

· Position Type: Full Time

· Range: Permanent – 90-day Probation

· Travel: Minimal

· Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs/ladders and safely negotiate areas under construction.

Job Type: Full-time
