Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with proven experience in aluminum and glazing façade systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and installation methodologies for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. This role requires close coordination with project managers, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation

• Prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for aluminum and glazing façade systems, covering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.

Tender Analysis

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to identify project scope, quantities, risks, and discrepancies.

Material & Labor Procurement

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and updated quotations for aluminum profiles, glass types, hardware, accessories, and installation works.

Detailed Reporting

• Prepare complete tender submissions, including cost breakdowns, material take-offs, technical clarifications, and project timelines.

Design & Technical Support

• Work closely with the design and engineering teams to review drawings and recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising performance and quality.

Client Communication

• Support meetings with clients and consultants by providing technical input and clarification on pricing, materials, and façade options.

Project Coordination

• Assist project teams during project handover by providing budgets, timelines, and pricing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Assessment

• Identify potential project risks such as material price fluctuations, design changes, or scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation strategies.

Market & Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on new façade systems, materials, technologies, and market pricing trends in the UAE and GCC markets.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with estimating, projects, design, and procurement teams to ensure consistency and alignment with project targets.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating aluminum and glazing / façade systems in UAE or GCC markets.
• Proven experience handling commercial and residential façade projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glazing specifications, façade hardware, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
