Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Glazing to prepare accurate cost estimates for façade, aluminum, and glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and associated materials, ensuring competitive and profitable project bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for aluminum, façade, and glazing works
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Perform quantity take-offs for aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and accessories
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Evaluate material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives
• Assist in contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications
• Maintain updated cost databases and rate analyses
• Support project team during budgeting and execution stages

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in aluminum & glazing estimation
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, window wall, shopfront, skylight, and façade systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Familiar with GCC construction standards and tendering procedures
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UAE consultants and main contractors
• Knowledge of international façade systems (Schüco, Reynaers, Technal, etc.)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders
