Estimator (Aluminum/Facade Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in the aluminum and façade industry to prepare accurate cost estimates for façade, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding projects. The successful candidate will support tendering activities and work closely with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum, façade, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Perform material take-offs and quantity measurements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Analyze project risks, exclusions, and value engineering options
• Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations
• Maintain and update cost databases and pricing benchmarks
• Support the commercial team during project handover and variations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience as an Estimator in the aluminum/façade industry
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, including curtain wall, windows, doors, and cladding
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient in Excel and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, AutoCAD, CostX – advantage)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
