Estimator and Draftsman

Hello,

We are looking for Estimator with draftsman in fitout company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs from drawings (sometimes from conceptual sketches).
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Calculate materials, labor, and time costs.
• Assist in bid preparation and value engineering.
• Prepare or revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with design teams and project managers to ensure feasibility.
• Update drawings based on site conditions or client changes.
• Support in client presentations with 2D/3D visuals (if skilled in SketchUp or Revit)

Skills:

• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
• Good spatial understanding and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials, joinery, and interior detailing.

Minimum 3 years of fitout experience..
