Estimator – Construction/Landscape Experience

We are seeking a skilled Estimator with experience in construction and/or landscape projects to join our growing team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, sourcing materials, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape construction projects (labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors)
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Develop bid proposals and present to management or clients
• Track project budgets, change orders, and cost adjustments
• Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, pricing, and industry trends
• Support takeoffs and quantity measurements for project planning
