Estimator – Exhibition & Event Company

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our exhibition and events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations for exhibition stands, event setups, and fabrication projects. If you have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in the exhibition industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client briefs, drawings, and concepts to understand project requirements.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost sheets, and detailed quotations.
• Estimate materials, labor, fabrication, logistics, and installation costs.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams to gather required information.
• Source pricing from suppliers/sub-contractors and negotiate competitive rates.
• Ensure all estimates are accurate, well-documented, and submitted on time.
• Update and maintain costing database, price lists, and vendor information.
• Provide cost-related support to sales and project management teams.
• Track project cost variations and update estimates when required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as an Estimator in Exhibition, Event (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of exhibition materials (wood, metal, acrylic, printing, electricals, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and 3D designs.
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools/software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
