What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Estimator, you’ll be the numbers wizard behind our most complex projects—turning plans into smart, competitive, and accurate bids that drive success from the start.

Your Impact:

• Develop detailed estimates for industrial & commercial fabrication projects
• Review blueprints, specs, and drawings to define scope and materials
• Collaborate with project managers & field teams to align on timelines & costs
• Conduct site visits and perform accurate takeoffs
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing
• Recommend ways to optimize estimating processes & improve efficiency

What You Bring to the Table:

• Solid estimating experience in fabrication or industrial contracting (piping, rigging, millwright)
• Familiarity with estimating software and expert-level takeoff skills
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, specs, and technical docs
• Knowledge of industry codes, materials, and labor standards
• Top-notch communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A detail-obsessed mindset with a drive to solve problems before they arise
