ob Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator (Fit-Out) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be locally available in the UAE and possess 5–6 years of proven experience in interior fit-out estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Maintain a database of pricing and regularly update cost information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in fit-out estimation within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local market rates and suppliers.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
