Estimator Floor Covering

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Floor Covering Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our flooring projects. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite field measurements, preparing take offs and analyzing project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to current and new client commercial flooring projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive floor covering estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and site conditions
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take field measurements, and gather data essential for accurate estimating.
• Support and collaborate with project management teams

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating with a focus on floor covering or related trades a plus
• Microsoft Office
• Measure Square knowledge a plus but will train
• Reliable transportation
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present clear estimates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
