We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to join our established 20-year-old joinery company. The ideal candidate will handle both pre-tender and post-tender activities, ensuring accurate costing, smooth coordination, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Prepare comparative analyses and detailed costing sheets
- Manage RFIs and tender documentation
- Participate in client negotiations and BOQ revisions
- Prepare variation quotations and support project billing
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Accounts teams
Requirements
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQs, and tendering
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
