Estimator for Joinery

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to join our established 20-year-old joinery company. The ideal candidate will handle both pre-tender and post-tender activities, ensuring accurate costing, smooth coordination, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare comparative analyses and detailed costing sheets
• Manage RFIs and tender documentation
• Participate in client negotiations and BOQ revisions
• Prepare variation quotations and support project billing
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Accounts teams

Requirements

• Experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQs, and tendering
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
