Job Description:

Ideal Designer Decoration Works LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and assisting with tender documentation for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural and ID drawings, project specifications, and scope of works.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out and custom joinery works.
• Conduct material take-offs and quantity verifications.
• Request, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, commercial proposals, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for pricing and technical clarifications.
• Update and maintain cost data and supplier/subcontractor databases.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven UAE experience in estimating for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and interior fit-out construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UAE market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractor networks.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals is an advantage.
